Rant # 3: Legislated Morales

"You can't legislate morales." You've heard this said before. One politician says something like this and everyone adopts it as their generic response in an effort to support their opinion when nothing else they say works.

Moreales can indeed be legislated. They have been legislated, they are being legislated, and they will continue to be legislated. Every law in the book is based on a morale absolute.
Sadly, it's not that you can't legislate morales, but rather morales without the majority vote won't be legislated.
